I received my BA in Economics and Psychology from Stanford University and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University. I have been practicing since 2004 and have extensive training in treating depression, anxiety and trauma. In addition, I specialize in the following areas: fertility and pregnancy, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, birth trauma, postpartum depression, intimate partner abuse and childhood trauma.
Every person is unique. During our first few sessions, I will spend time getting to know you -understanding your history, identifying your strengths and clarifying what brings you to counseling. Together we will identify what type of therapy will bring you the most relief. Typically, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness and EMDR.
50-minute Individual Psychotherapy sessions are $165 and 80-minute sessions are $200. I do not accept insurance; however, I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to insurance.
